A Benefit for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
Please join us for an evening of celebration and camaraderie as we come together for the benefit
of the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society and to acknowledge the individuals, businesses, and organizations who make donations of time, effort, or a monetary contribution in order to assist our Sailors, Marines, and military families. We are grateful for this Community of Caring that generously supports our Navy and Marine Corps.

2017 Navy-Marine Corps Ball Information

  • Saturday, February 4th, 2017
  • Washington Hilton 1919 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC
  • Cocktails: Six o’clock
  • Dinner: Half past seven o’clock
  • Dress
    • Navy: Dinner Dress Blue Jacket or Equivalent
    • Marine Corps: Evening Dress "B" or Blue/White "A"
    • Civilian: Black Tie



Limited paid parking is available at the hotel. For more information on parking please visit our Directions page. 

Hotel Accommodations

  • The Washington Hilton has a limited number of rooms available at a special ball rate. Please reference the Navy-Marine Corps Ball when making a reservation. 



  • Greenwood Photography will be available to take photos. A monetary deposit will be required, payable by cash or check, along with email address.

Flag/General Officer $135 per person
Civilian Guest $135 per person
O-6/GS-15 $135 per person
O-5/GS-14 & Below $130 per person

E-7 through E-9

Midshipmen/ROTC $80 per person

Individual tickets available for sale to: 1) active duty/reserve/retired service members; 2) DoD civilians; 3) government employees; 4) veterans; 5) Official Guest of someone in categories 1 & 2.

For categories 1 & 2, the first two tickets will be at the set price and additional guests will be at the civilian guest ticket price. For all other categories, ticket price is Civilian Guest price.

Register by mail/Payments by check:
You can register by mail, but it's much preferred if you electronically register via our new online registration system. Both checks and credit cards will be accepted. Simply follow the payment instructions at check-out as to where and how to pay by credit card or where to mail your check. Simple! 

*Please note: To make large group reservations it's best to call the Ball Office. Also note when making a donation over the phone you may pay using the following two types of credit cards only, MasterCard or Visa.

Whether attending the ball or not, every donation helps our Sailors, Marines and their Families when they need it.

Your gift provides service members urgent financial assistance, nurse visits to those with combat injuries, and so much more. If you would like to donate you can do so in two ways. You can click on the 'Make a Donation Now' link above and mail in a donation form or you can visit our online registration site in mid January once it's open, click on 'donate' and donate online. The Navy-Marine Corps Ball Committee is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization established in 1914 by military spouses to raise funds for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. The annual Ball is an event to celebrate and publicly express our gratitude toward our corporate and individual donors and supporters. Funds provided by the Navy-Marine Corps Ball help millions of Sailors, Marines and their families with financial assistance for emergency aid, Combat Casualty Assistance Visiting Nurses and other vital support at home and abroad.
